This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Educational
Administration, Managerial Ability and Principal Motivation on Teacher Performance at
UPT SMKN 3 Parepare.
This research approach used survey research conducted at UPT SMKN 3
Parepare. The study population was 51 teachers at the UPT SMKN 3 Parepare. The
sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method in
which the entire population was also a sample, so that a sample of 51 teachers was
obtained.
The results show that (1) there is a partially positive and significant effect of
educational administration on teacher performance at UPT SMKN 3 Parepare there is a
positive and significant effect partially toward management skills on teacher
performance at UPT SMKN 3 Parepare (3) there is no effect Partially positive and
significant principal motivation on teacher performance at UPT SMKN 3 Parepare (4)
there is a simultaneous effect of educational administration, managerial ability and
principal motivation on teacher performance at UPT SMKN 3 Parepare. Based on the
research results, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.670 or (67%). This shows that
67% of teacher performance is influenced by educational administration, managerial
ability and principal motivation, while 33% is influenced by other variables that are not
included in this research model.
