Abstract

Kurniawati. 2021. The Effect of Communication, Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on ASN Service Performance at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng
Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This research was conducted at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency which aims to (1) determine and analyze the influence of communication, work environment and organizational culture partially on the performance of ASN services at the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office (2) find out and analyze the influence of communication, environment Work and Organizational Culture
simultaneously on the Performance of ASN Services at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency (3) to find out the most dominant variables affecting the performance of ASN Services at the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office.
The research data was obtained through a survey of all employees in the Bantaeng Regency Education and Culture Office, which amounted to 80 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study indicate that (1) partially communication and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN services at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency. Only the work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN services at the Education and Culture Office of Bantaeng Regency (2) simultaneously
shows that the variables of communication, work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN services at the Regency
Education and Culture Office. Bantaeng (3) partially shows that the most dominant variable affects the performance of ASN services (Y).
