This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of competence on the performance of Civil Servants of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic of Makassar (2) the effect of motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic of Makassar (3) the influence of organizational culture on the Performance of Civil Servants of the Shipping Polytechnic Barombong Makassar (4) the influence of competence, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of civil servants at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic Makassar.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on Civil Servants of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic Makassar. and will be carried
out from August - September 2021. The research population is civil servants at the Barombong Makassar Shipping Polytechnic of 86 people. The selection of the sample in
this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 86 civil servants. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between competence on the performance of civil servants of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic
Makassar (2) there is no positive and significant effect between motivation on the performance of civil servants at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic Makassar (3) there
is no positive effect and significantly between organizational culture on the performance of civil servants of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic of Makassar (4) there is a positive and significant influence between competency, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of civil servants of the Barombong Shipping
Polytechnic of Makassar. The R-Square value in this study is 0.330.
