Abstract

Juhran Cayanti. 2022. The Effect of Competence, Incentives and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Assistance Employees at the Village Community Empowerment
Service of the Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Syarifuddin.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of Competence, Incentives and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Assistance Employees in Selayar
Islands Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting the Performance of Village Assistance Employees at the Village Community Empowerment Service of Selayar Islands Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research conducted at the Selayar Islands Regency Village Community Empowerment Service in November 2021. The research population is all 43 Village Assistance Staff at the Selayar Islands Regency
Village Community Empowerment Service. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (Census), which was to determine the entire
population as a sample, with a total sample of 43 employees.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of competence on the Performance of Village Assistance Employees at the Village Community
Empowerment Service of Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence of incentives on the Performance of Village Assistance Employees at the Village
Community Empowerment Service, Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of Village Assistance
Employees at the Village Community Empowerment Service of Selayar Islands Regency (4) there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of Village Assistance Employees at the Village Community Empowerment Service of Selayar Islands Regency (5) Work motivation is the most dominant variable on the Performance of Village Assistance Employees at the Village Community Empowerment Service, Selayar Islands Regency.
