Abstract

JAPARUDDIN. 2022. The influence of Leadership style, Compensation and Work Environment to the Police Officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police. This research aims to analized the influence of leadership style on police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police; to analized the influence of compensation on police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West
Sulawesi Regional Police; to analized the influence of work environment on police officers performance at Sub directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special
Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police; and to analized the influence of leadership style, compensation and work environment on police officers
performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police; and to find out the most dominant variable that has an influence on police officers performance at Subdirectorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of
the West Sulawesi Regional Police These research applied in Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of
Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police. The sample uses the purposive sampling, that is, sampling based on certain considerations or criteria. All samples of 57 respondents at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police.
A method of data give a questionnaire for police officers according to research conducted. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis, test T test, test F test and The coefficient of determination (R2). Dominance Test The results of an analysis of shows that leadership style is a influenced to police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special
Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police; compensation is a influenced to police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police; work environment is a influenced to police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West
Sulawesi Regional Police; and leadership style, compensation and work environment is a influenced to police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police; work environment is the most dominant variable influenced to the variable police officers performance at Sub-directorate of Corruption Crimes Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the West Sulawesi Regional Police.
