Abstract

Jamal, 2018.MM. 21957. The Effect of Quality of Work Life in Mediating the Effect of Incentives and Work Climateon Productivity of PT. Shakti Top Finance Makassar The resear chaims to analyze the influence of incentive sand working climateon the quality of work life, then thein fluence of incentives, working climate and quality of work life on productivity, as well as thein fluence o fincentives and working climate on productivity through the quality of work life of sales force of PT. Shakti Top Finance Makassar
This researchap proachuses survey research. The research was carriedoutat PT. Shakti Top Finance Makassar. When the research was conducted from January 2021 to March 2021. The Population of 34 sales people of PT. Shakti Top Finance Makassar who were all the samples in this study.
The results showed that incentives and work climate have a positive and significan teffect on the quality of work life but not significantto work productivity, then the quality of work life has a positive and significant effecton productivity, then incentives and work climate have a positive and significant effecton productivity through the quality of work life. The resultsof this study can besaid that the more ful filled incentives and the work climate will cause employee productivity to also increase, al though through the quality of work life, because incentives and work climate do not have a direct impacton the productivity of the sales force of PT. Shakti Top Finance Makassar.
