This study aims to partially or partially influence the leadership, organizational climate, and work motivation at the Department of Food Crops and Horticulture, Gowa
Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative paradigm with a descriptive approach. The population is 117 people with sampling using the Slovin formula with a
tolerable error rate of 10% so that the number of respondents is 54 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation studies. The
data and information obtained were processed using the SPSS version 24 program.
The results showed that partially leadership and organizational climate had a positive and insignifican effect on performance, and work motivation variables had a
positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Food Crops and Horticulture, Gowa Regency. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of leadership, organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of testing the coefficient of determination show that the adjusted value of R Square is 660 or 66% of the variables, organizational climate and motivation explain the variables, namely, employee performance and the remaining 34% is explained by other variables not discussed in the study such as ability, work discipline that affect performance. employees at the Department of Food Crops and Horticulture Gowa Regency.
