This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of the use of information technology, training and competence on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the office of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency. When the research was conducted in May 2021. The research population was employees at the office of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP)
Majene Regency as the Working Group in the procurement of goods and services and PPK with 71 respondents.
The results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the use of information technology and training partially on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency, while competence has no effect on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency 2) There is an influence positive and significant together (simultaneously) on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of Majene Regency 3) The variable of the use of information technology has the most dominant influence on the performance of
the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of Majene Regency.
