Abstract

Ira.2022. The Effect of Supervision, Work Discipline, Competence on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the National Unity and Politics Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Andi Djalante and Hj. Asniwati.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of
supervision, work discipline, and competence partially on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the National Unity and Politics Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency
(2) the effect of supervision, work discipline, competence simultaneously on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus on the National Unity and Politics Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency (3) the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Selayar Islands Regency Political Unity and National Unity Agency.
This research includes confirmatory research, this research is categorized as survey research where The data collection method used is a questionnaire/questionnaire and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) partial supervision, work discipline, and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Selayar Islands Regency National Unity and Politics Agency (2) simultaneously supervision, work discipline, competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Unitary Agency employees The Nation and Politics of Selayar Islands Regency, this means that the better the supervision, work discipline, competence possessed by employees, the better employee performance will be (3) The work discipline variable is the most dominant and significant factor on the
performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Unitary State The Nation and Politics of the Selayar Islands Regency. Based on these results, the managerial implications that can be recommended are that increased performance can be achieved by improving the supervisory system in carrying out tasks and conducting evaluations and corrective actions on employee performance and adding training-training training for employees in accordance with their field of work in order to further improve the skills and abilities of employees at work.
