Abstract

IMRAN, 2021, Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi, Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Penangulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng (Dibimbing Oleh Sylvia Sjarlis dan Andi Djalante.
This research was conducted at the Bantaeng District Disaster Management Agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, motivation and facilities and infrastructure on employee performance at the Bantaeng District Disaster Management Agency either partially or simultaneously. The research data were
obtained through a survey of all employees in the Bantaeng District Disaster Management Agency, totaling 48 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study show that partially motivation and facilities and infrastructure do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Bantaeng District Disaster Management Agency. Only competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bantaeng Regency; Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of Competence, Motivation and Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Bantaeng District Disaster Management Agency. The author expects employees to maintain and improve their performance. In particular, employee competence is one of the factors that can increase employee performance.
