Abstract
Ilham. 2022. The Effect of Work Discipline, Working Period and Work Attitude on Employee Performance at the Banggae District Office, Majene Regency, supervised by Badaruddin and Mukhtar Hamzah.
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, tenure and work attitude on employee performance at the Banggae District Office, Majene Regency.
The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach and uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis
The results showed that work discipline did not have a positive effect on performance, tenure had a positive effect on performance, work attitude had a positive effect on performance and simultaneously showed that the variables of work discipline (X1), tenure (X2), and work attitude ( X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance of 0.252 > 0.05. With a significance value above 0.05, it shows that together the work discipline variable, tenure variable and work
attitude variable have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Banggae District, Majene Regency.
