This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment, reward and punishment on the performance of regional income and expenditure budget preparers in the unit of the regional financial and revenue management agency in West Sulawesi province.
The study used quantitative research methods with a cross sectional design. The population in the study was 100 people. The sample in this study was 50 samples. Analysis using F test, t test and multiple linear analysis test with a : 0.05. The results of the study indicate that work commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the Regional Finance and Revenue Agency Unit in West Sulawesi Province. The award has a positive and significant impact on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the Unit of the Regional Revenue and Finance Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province. Panishman has a negative and insignificant effect on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency Unit in West Sulawesi Province. The variable that has a dominant influence on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Unit
in West Sulawesi Province is the Award variable.
