Abstract

Herlina. 2021. The Effect of Human Resources Ability, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction toward Primary Financial Performance of the Navy Cooperative (Primkopal) Lantamal VI Makassar, supervised by Masdar Masud and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This study aims to determine the effect of human resource capabilities, work environment, and job satisfaction on the financial performance of Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method
approach in data collection. The population used in this study were 40 employees of Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar. While the sample is determined based on the provisions of the saturated sample, which takes all elements of the population to be the research sample. The analytical method used is linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) the ability of human resources has a positive and significant effect on financial performance at Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar (2) The work environment has a positive and significant impact on financial performance at Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on financial performance at Primkopal Lantamal VI Makassar.
