Abstract

Gusnawijaya. 2022. The Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office (supervised by Saban Echdar and Haeranah).
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment partially on the performance of the employees of the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office, as well as to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment together or simultaneously on the performance of the Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office employees. East.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The location of the research was carried out at the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office, which is located in Mamasa City. The population in this study were employees who worked in the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office totaling 42 people. The sampling technique used in the study is a random sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where all
individuals in the population either individually or together are given the same opportunity to be selected as sample members, so the number of samples in this study is
42 people. The analytical method used is the method of linear regression analysis.
Hypothesis testing in this study is the F test and T test.
The results showed that partially leadership did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, the work motivation variable shows that partially it
does not have a significant effect on employee performance. While the work environment variable has an effect on employee performance but is not significant. Simultaneously
leadership, work motivation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. When viewed from the coefficient of determination, it shows that leadership, motivation and work environment have an influence of 22.7% on employee performance at the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office.
