The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census) by determining that all populations were used as samples with a total of 75 Agricultural Extension employees at the Mamasa Regency
Agriculture Service. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results show that (1) partially competence has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors with a value of 6.070, Information technology has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors with a value of 2.257 and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors with a value of 10,470 (2) simultaneously
competence, information technology and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors with a value of 248.379 (3) the most dominant variable affecting the performance of agricultural instructors is the work environment variable with a standardized coefficient beta value of 0.560.
