Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of motivation partially on employee performance at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Cadet Character
Development Unit (2) the partial influence of work culture on employee performance at the Makassar shipping science polytechnic cadet character development unit (3 ) Partial
influence of work climate on employee performance at the Makassar Maritime Science Polytechnic cadets character development unit (4) the influence of motivation, work
culture and work climate simultaneously on employee performance in the character development unit of the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic cadets.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on employees at the Makassar Maritime Science Polytechnic Cadet Character Development Unit and was carried out from December 2021 - January 2022. The research population was 45 employees at the Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic Cadets Character Development Unit. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated
sampling method, namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 45 employees. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence between the partial simultaneous motivation of Makassar Shipping Science. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work culture partially on employee performance at the Makassar Maritime Science Polytechnic Cadets Character Development Unit. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the work climate partially on employee performance at the Makassar Maritime Science Polytechnic Cadet Character
Development Unit. (4) there is a positive and significant influence between motivation, work culture and work climate simultaneously on employee performance at the Makassar
Maritime Science Polytechnic Cadet Character Development Unit.
