This study aims to analyze the effect of Partial and Simultaneous Effects of Work Discipline, Career Path, and Workload on ASN Performance at the whole village Office
of West Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City.
This research is categorized as quantitative research with a survey approach.
The population of this study was 35 people, while the sampling technique used was the census technique so that a sample of 35 employees with ASN status at the Lurah Se
Office, West Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City, became the sample taken through the distribution of questionnaires.
Based on statistical testing using validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Ver.2 1 software, the results obtained that
(1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance (2) career path has a positive and significant effect on performance ASN (3) workload has a
positive and significant effect on ASN performance (4) work discipline, career path, and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance at
the Village Head Office of West Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City (5) The dominant work discipline variable is important to the performance of ASN at the whole village, West
Bacukiki District, Pare-Pare City.
