This research is quantitative research using a survey research design which aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Parepare City.
The population used in this study were all employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Parepare City, totaling 40 people. Determination of the sample is done by using a total sampling technique. Data analysis using
multiple regression test.
The results of the t test show that training and work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership partially has no significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of the f test show that leadership, training and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
