This study aims to determine and analyze: Employee Performance Using Human Resources Scorecard in Bosowa Tower Building Management, as well as the most dominant
perspective in using human resources scorecard to analyze employee performance in Bosowa Tower building management.
This research approach uses qualitative research. The research was conducted on the management of the Bosowa Tower building. The time of the research was carried out starting in September 2021. Research sources are employees who hold and are competent in assessing employee performance in the management of the Bosowa Tower building.
The results show that: 1) HR System Alignment perspective has a total weight value of 17%. 2) The HighPerformance Work System perspective has a total weight value of 16%.
3) HR Efficiency perspective has a total weight value of 20%. 4) The HR Deliverable perspective has a total weight value of 24%. If added together, then the total weighted value of the whole perspective is 77% and is included in good category.
