Abstract

DARWIS M, 2021. The Influence of Motivation, Work Ability and Organizational Support on the Performance of Regional Work Unit Goods Administrators in Majene Regency (supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Hari).
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, ability and organizational support partially on the performance of the regional work unit goods management in Majene Regency, to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, ability and organizational support simultaneously on the performance of the item manager of the
regional work unit. in Majene Regency and to find out and analyze which variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of goods management in Majene Regency.
This research was conducted in Majene Regency. The method and approach used is quantitative descriptive method with survey methode. The population was 60 employees of SKPD goods management and used a saturated sample of 60 samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.
The results of this study indicate that partially,motivation and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the SKPD management of goods
in Majene district with t count greater than t table and significance less than 0.05, while work ability has no effect on the t value. The table is smaller than t table and the significance is greater than 0.05. However, the influence of motivation, work ability and organizational
support has a simultaneous effect on the performance of the SKPD item management in Majene Regency. As for the most dominant influence on the performance of SKPD item managers in Majene Regency is motivation of 49.4%.
