Abstract

Astuti Prayani. 2022. The Effect of Motivation, Training and Satisfaction on the Performance of the employees of the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency, supervised by: Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to analyze 1) partially the effect of motivation, training and satisfaction on employee performance at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto
Regency. 2)the simultaneous influence of motivation, training and satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency.
3) The most dominant variable has an effect on the performance of the employees of the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency.
This research was conducted at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, namely as many as 35 number of people from the
Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. The data collection method used is a questionnaire and document studies. The analytical method used are descriptive
statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially motivation, training and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees
of the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. This means that motivation, training and satisfaction can improve employee performance at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Simultaneously, motivation, training and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Partially it shows that the motivation
variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency, this shows that the better motivation, the more
the performance of the employees of the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency.
