PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KOMUNIKASI, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMP NEGERI 3 KALUKKU KABUPATEN MAMUJU

The study aims to know and analyze the effect of communication competence, emotional quotient and organization practice on teacher performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. In this study, the study approach that used by researcher was quantitative approach with survey method, that is focused of hypotheses experimenting. The population in this study was all teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku , Mamuju Regency , with 34 teachers. The sample was determined by a saturated sampling technique (census). With fixed the all populations be sample as many as 34 of teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regressions analysis).
The results showed that: communication competence, emotional quotient and organization practice had a positive and significant effect of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Kalukku , Mamuju Regency.
