This study aims to determine and analyze : the effect of compensation, motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Utama, as well as to find the
most dominant variable influencing employee performance at PT. Bosowa Utama. The approach of this study uses survey research. This study was conducted at PT. Bosowa Utama. The time of the study began in November 2020. The study population was all of the staff of PT. Bosowa Utama, amounting to 55 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining all populations as a total of 55 people.
The results showed that : 1) There was negative and unsignificant effect of compensation partially on the performance of PT. Bosowa Utama’s staff, with tcount = 1.385
in between ttable = -2.00856 and 2.00856. Accept H0 and reject H1 which means compensation doesn’t have significant effect on employee’s performance on PT. Bosowa Utama. There was positive and significant effect of motivation and leadership on the performance of PT. Bosowa Utama’s staff, with tcount = 3.178 and 2.222 > ttable 2.00856. Reject H0 and accept H1 which means motivation and leadership has significant effect on employee’s performance on PT. Bosowa Utama. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation, motivation and leadership simultaneously on the performance of PT. Bosowa Utama’s staff with Fcount = 5.813 > Ftable = 2.790. Reject H0 and accept H1 which means compensation, motivation and leadership has significant effect on Employee’s performance on PT. Bosowa Utama. 3) Motivation has the most dominant coordination variable on the performance of PT. Bosowa Utama’s employees with 0.445.
