Abstract

Arsyad. 2021. The Effect of Position Analysis, Motivation, and Work Discipline toward the Performance of Education Personnel of State Islamic of College Majene, supervised by Badaruddin and Andi Ririn Oktaviani.
This study aims to determine (1) the effect between job analysis variables, work motivation, and work discipline toward the performance of education personnel at STAIN Majene partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant factors affecting employee performance.
The sample selection in this study used the saturated sample method; as many as 43 respondents were education staff at STAIN Majene. For data collection, it is using a questionnaire. Primary data comes from a questionnaire
that has been tested for quality and then tested the model with classical assumptions so that it can be implemented to test the research hypothesis that has been proposed with multiple linear regression models.
The study results concluded that (1) Job Analysis, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously (2) work motivation was the most dominant factor influencing employee
performance.
