This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on employees at the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit at the Makassar Shipping Science
Polytechnic and was carried out from December 2021 – January 2022. The research population was 40 employees at the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit at the Makassar Sailing Science Polytechnic. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining all the population as a total sample of
40 employees. The analytical technique used is Linear Regression analysis.
The results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture partially on employee performance at the Hasanuddin training
ship unit Makassar Marine Science Polytechnic (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment partially on employee performance at the
Hasanuddin training ship unit Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic (3) there is no positive and significant influence between Work Discipline partially on Employee
