Abstract

Aras Kurnia Dg. Ngero, 2022. The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Competence and Discipline on Employee Performance on the Population and Civil Registration Office at Gowa Regency (supervised by Dr. Mashur Razak, S.E., M.M and Dr. Sylvia Sjarlis, S.E., M.Si, Ak. , CA).
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline individually (partial) and jointly (simultaneously) on
employee performance on the Population and Civil Registration Office at Gowa Regency, and the most dominant variables affecting to employee performance on the Population and Civil Registration at Gowa Regency.
This research approach used survey research. The research was carried out on employees of Population and Civil Registration Office at the Gowa Regency. The time of
the study was conducted from September to November on 2019. The population were all employees of Population and Civil Registration at the Gowa Regency that consisted 75
people. The sample selection was carried out by using the saturated sampling method (census) by determining all the population as sample of 75 employees to Population and
Civil Registration Office at the Gowa Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results showed that organizational commitment, human resource competence, and discipline individually (partial) and together (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect to employee performance on the Department of Population and Civil Registration at Gowa Regency. Organizational Commitment was the most dominant variable affecting on employee performance of the Department of Population and Civil Registration at Gown Regency.
