Andini Maylasari Muslimin. 2022. The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Performance Allowances on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Technical
Implementation Unit of the Elderly Service Center (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare, supervised by Muh. Salim Sultan and Didiek Handayani.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and performance allowances on the performance of Civil Servants at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Elderly Service Center (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis.
This research was conducted at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Elderly Service Center (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare with a research time of one month.
The population in this study amounted to 42 people consisting of 30 civil servants and 12 honoraries, while for the sampling method used the saturated sample method
(census) where the sample in this study was 30 respondents (respondents who only met the requirements for all independent variables). The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data. In this study, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis which is preceded by validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Then, to test the hypothesis using the t test, f test, beta test and the coefficient of determination.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously it is proven that work motivation, work discipline and performance allowances have a positive and
significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Elderly Service Center (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare. This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination R or R Square was 0.731. These results mean that the variables of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Performance Allowances have a relationship with the Performance of Civil Servants at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Elderly Service Center (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare by 73.1%, and the
remaining 26.9% is explained by causes. others outside the model in the research.
