This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the UPT Revenue Samsat office
in the Kepulauan Regency Region and the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the UPT Revenue Samsat Employee in the Region of Selayar Islands
Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the UPT Revenue Samsat office of Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted starting in January 2021. The study population was all employees of the UPT Revenue Samsat for the Region of Selayar Islands Regency, amounting to 40 people.
The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of leadership style simultaneously on the performance of the UPT Revenue Samsat Employees in the
Selayar Islands Regency. 2) There is no effect of pasrial leadership style on the performance of the UPT Revenue Samsat Employee in the Selayar Islands Regency. 3)
There is a positive and significant influence Simultaneously and partially Motivation on the performance of UPT Revenue Samsat Employees in the Selayar Islands Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline Simultaneously and partially on the performance of UPT Revenue Samsat employees in the Selayar Islands Regency 5) Motivation variables that the most dominant influence on the performance of the UPT Revenue Samsat Employees in the Region of Selayar Islands Regency.
