This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the partial effect of regional financial supervision on the performance of local governments (2) the partial influence of regional financial supervision on the performance of local governments (3) the partial influence of accountability on the performance of local governments (4) the partial influence transparency of local financial management on the performance of local governments (5) the most dominant
variable influence on the performance of the local government of Parepare City.
The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and
purposive sampling. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires related to regional financial supervision, accountability, transparency of Regional Financial Management and Regional Government Performance to 128
respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression using the SPSS application.
The results showed that (1) regional financial supervision had a partial effect on the performance of the Parepare City local government (2) Accountability partially affected the performance of the Parepare City local government (3) the transparency of regional financial management had a partial
effect on the performance of the Parepare City local government (4 ) regional financial supervision, accountability and transparency of regional financial
management have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the local government of Parepare City (5) Accountability has the most dominant influence on the performance of the local government of Parepare City.
