Abstract

Akhsana Fatimah Az-Zahra. 2022. “The Influence of Leadership, Motivation and Competence on Employee Performance of UPT PPRSA Seroja Bone Social Service of
South Sulawesi Province” guided by Andi Djalante and Muhammad Hidayat.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and competence on employee performance of UPT PPRSA Seroja Bone Social Service of
South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at UPT PPRSA Seroja Bone Social Service of
South Sulawesi Province with a research time of 2 months. The population used is all employees, totaling 76 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where each
element of the population is used as a sample. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, while the data sources use primary data. The analytical method used is
Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously Leadership,Motivation and Competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study resulted in the coefficient of determination R2 or R Square of 47.2%, and the remaining 52.8% was explained by other reasons outside the model.
