Abstract

This research was conducted at the office of Bapeda Majene Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of rhythm, motivation and work culture on the productivity of the ASN Bapeda at the Bapeda
Regency in Majene Regency either partially or simultaneously and to determine which of the variables had the most dominant influence on the ASN productivity at the Bapeda Regency Majene office. The population and sample in this study were all ASN at the Bapeda Regency Majene Regency office. Data processing used the classical assumption test which had previously tested the validity, reliability and
normality of the data. Then a conclusion is drawn by using multiple linear regression statistical tests and analyzing the effect simultaneously (F test) and partially (t test).
Based on the results of the simultaneous regression, statistically F arithmetic (29.290) > F table (2.86) with Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. This means that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
Based on the results of the partial regression of the t-test, it was obtained t-count of the research variables, namely the application of rhythm (1.212), motivation
(0.893), and work culture (5.224). When compared with t table (1.685) then the value of t count is greater than t table. This shows that only the work culture variable in this study has a significant influence on the ASN productivity variable.
The value of R Square is 0.721. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 72.1% ASN productivity is influenced by the application of rhythm, motivation and work culture, while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors, which were not examined in this study. This study also suggests that the Bapeda office of Majene Regency can
further improve the use of rhythm applications even better and also increase motivation and work culture in order to realize ASN productivity and achieve the desired goals.
