This study aims to analyze the Effect of Performance Planning, Performance Measurement, Performance Reporting, Performance Evaluation, and Performance Achievements on the Performance Accountability of the Regional Government of East Luwu Regency partially and simultaneously. The research approach uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis methods. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency. The time of the study was carried out starting April 2022, with a sample 80 number of people.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Performance planning has a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability of the East Luwu Regency Government (2) Performance measurement has a positive, but not significant effect on the performance accountability of the East Luwu Regency Government (3) Performance reporting has a positive but not significant effect on the performance accountability of the East Luwu Regency Government (4) Performance evaluation has a positive, but not significant effect on the performance accountability of the East Luwu Regency Government (5) Performance achievements have a positive but not significant effect on the performance
accountability of the East Luwu Regency Government (6) Planning, measurement, reporting, evaluation, and performance achievements have a simultaneous effect on the
performance accountability of the East Luwu Regency Government.
