Abstract

Abram. 2022. The Effect of Communication, Organizational Culture and Human Resources on the Work Effectiveness of Kalumpang District Office Employees, Mamuju Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Communication, Organizational Culture and Human Resources on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Kalumpang District Office, Mamuju Regency.
This research approach uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. This research was conducted in the Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district in June 2022. The research population was all employees in the Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district, totaling 55 people.
The results showed that (1) there was a positive and less significant influence of the Partial Communication Effect variable on Employee Work Effectiveness in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district (2) there was a partial positive and significant influence on Organizational Culture variable on Employee Work Effectiveness in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district ( 3) there is a positive and less significant influence of the Human Resources variable partially on the Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district (4) there is a positive and significant (simultaneous) influence on Organizational Culture while the Effect of Communication and Human Resources has a positive and less significant effect on Work Effectiveness of Employees in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district (5) the dominant variable influencing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district is the organizational culture variable.
