Abd. Razak. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment toward Employee Performance of the Polewali Mandar Regency Agriculture and Food Service, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi.
This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regency Agriculture and Food
Service. Polewali Mandar (3) the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted on the staff of the Department of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 90 employees at the Office of Agriculture and Food Polewali Mandar Regency. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive
statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially the leadership, had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance at the Department of Agriculture
and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that good leadership is able to improve employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Agriculture and Food Service, while compensation and the working environment have no effect on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Agriculture and Food Service. This means that compensation and work environment need attention so that it can have a
significant influence on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Agriculture and Food Service (2) simultaneously, leadership, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Agriculture and Food Service. Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that the
variable of leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of employees at the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better
the leadership will further improve the performance of the staff of the Office of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency.
