Sulawesi Province, supervised by Maryadi and Asri.
ASN employees are expected to be able to carry out their duties properly, so that their vision and mission of the agency can be realized. ASN must be ready to accept the
challenges of working in the field in the context of excellent service to community.
Therefore, leaders must be able to encourage employee performance as expected. The purpose of this study was to find out a partial effect between Competence, Personality, and Work Commitment on the performance of Provincial BKD Employees. This study used a quantitative approach through hypothesis testing t-test and f-test using SPSS.
The research was conducted in April-May 2022 at the Regional Personnel Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to 46 respondents who are employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of South Sulawesi
Province. The research sample was taken using a random sampling based on the number of questionnaires that collected.
The results of this study indicate that Competence and Work Commitment have a positive and significant effect in Improving the Performance of the Regional Personnel
Agency of South Sulawesi Province, while Personality partially does not have a positive effect in improving the Performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Simultaneously Competence, Personality, and Work Commitment have a positive and significant effect in Improving the Performance of the Regional Personnel
Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Competence has a dominant influence on the performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of South Sulawesi Province.
