This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene (2) the simultaneous influence of the
principal's leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene (3) the most dominant variable influencing the
discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene.
This study was conducted on teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene.
Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 60 teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially the Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Compensation had a positive and significant effect on
the Discipline of Teachers and Staff at SMKN 2 Majene. This means that the Principal's Leadership, Organizational Culture and Compensation will improve Employee Performance. Simultaneously the Principal Leadership, Organizational
Culture and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on the Discipline of Teachers and Staff at SMKN 2 Majene. Partially it shows that the principal leadership variable has a dominant effect on performance, this shows that the better the employee work environment will further increase the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene.
