Abstract

Karisma Amir Tahir. 2020. The Effect of Motivation, Discipline, Leadership and Employee Characteristics on Employee Performance at Bappeda Office in Pinrang
Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Heri Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pinrang Regency (2) the influence of discipline on the
performance of the employees of the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pinrang Regency (3) the influence of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Bappeda office of Pinrang Regency (4) the influence of the characteristics of the employees Towards the Performance of Bappeda Office Employees in Pinrang Regency (5) the influence of Motivation, Discipline, Leadership. And the characteristics of employees simultaneously on employee
performance at the Bappeda office in Pinrang district.
The research was conducted at the Bappeda Office of Pinrang Regency.
This research is quantitative in nature. The sample was determined by using saturated sampling technique (census), which was as many as 65 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The
analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) Motivation had an effect on the performance of the employees of the Pinrang Regency Bappeda Office (2) Discipline had an effect on the performance of the employees at the Pinrang Regency Bappeda Office (3) leadership had an effect on the performance of the employees at the Pinrang Regency Bappeda Office (4) characteristics had an effect on the performance of the Office employees. Bappeda Pinrang Regency (5) Motivation, Discipline, Leadership. And the characteristics of employees
simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of the Bappeda Office of Pinrang Regency.
