The selection of samples in this study was conducted using a randomized method, where the population was chosen randomly to be sampled as many as 95 employees. influenced the employee's performance with a value of 3.269, the motivation positive effect on performance with the value of 3.914 and the leadership positively influence the performance with a value of 3.202 (2) simultaneously
education, placement, motivation and leadership have positive and significant effect with Value 6.757 (3) The most dominant variable affects the employee's performance is a leadership variable with a beta value of 0.432.
