Abstract

Gasmadia. 2019. The Effect of Leadership, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and School Climate toward the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and H. Mukhtar Hamzah.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect between leadership, motivation, organizational culture, and school climate toward the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency.
In this study, the approach used was survey study that focused on hypothesis testing. The population in this study included all public elementary school teachers in Tinambung sub-district, Polewali Mandar regency, totaling 39 teachers. The sample was determined by a saturated sampling technique (census), where the entire population was sampled, so that the sample used in this study were 39 public elementary school teachers in Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis.
The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between leadership, motivation, organizational culture and school climate toward the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tinambung District, Polewali
Mandar Regency.
