Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze influence motivation, career development, and job satisfaction in a partial and simultan as well as the most dominant variables to performance performance employees in the statistical informatics and coding department of Majene district.
The population in this research were all of the employee in the statistical informatics and coding department of Majene district which consisted of 40 people and sample was selected by saturated sampling, so that all of the population takes as sample which consisted of 40 people employees in the statistical informatics and coding department of Majene district. This research used survey
method with regression analysis technique, and the questionnaries as instrument with likert scaled. The result of research indicate that Motivation, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction in partial positive and significant. Additionally, all three variables in simultan positive and
significant with Sig. 0,000 < 0,005. And the most dominant variables to influence performance employees is motivation with beta standardized 0,439.
