The influence of competence, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Transportation Service This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar district transportation service individually (partially), jointly (simultaneously) and the dominant variables have an effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation. Polewali Mandar Regency. This research is a
quantitative study using a survey method. Which was carried out at the Polewali Mandar Regency Transportation Service, the research time was January to February 2020. The population in this study were all employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Transportation Service, as many as 60 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 60 people. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was
a positive and significant influence on competence, work motivation, work culture partially on employee performance at the Department of Transportation in Polewali Mandar Regency, there was a positive and significant effect of competence, work motivation, work culture simultaneously
(together) on employee performance at Polewali Mandar District Transportation Office, and the most dominant competency variable influencing employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Transportation Service.
