This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, discipline and supervision in a persistent and simultaneous way to the work productivity of the state civil apparatus in the Pangkajene and Islands Regional Secretariat.
The assessment approach is a survey approach. This research was conducted at the Pangkajene Regional Secretariat and the Islands Regency. The time of research is November to December 2019. This study uses a survey. The population in this study included all Civil Apparatus of the Pangkajene and Kepulauan District Secretariat, totaling 103 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a simple random
sampling technique, which is to determine a random sample of 62 civil servants from the Regional Secretariat of Pangkajene Regency and Kepulauan Regency. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the work environment, discipline and supervision in a persial and simultaneous way to the
work productivity of civil servants in the State Secretariat of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, and the most dominant work environment variables. affect the work productivity of the state civil apparatus in the Pangkajene and Islands Regional Secretariat.
