Abstract

BUHRA. 2020. The influence of Education and Training to Performance through Servant Officer’s Work Motivation at Regional Development Planning, Research and Development
Agency in Mamasa Regency (guided by Mashur Razak and Muh. Said).
The research aims to know and analyze : 1) direct influence of education and training to servant officer’s work motivation at Regional Development Planning, Research and
Development Agency in Mamasa Regency, 2) direct influence of education and training to servant officer’s performance at Regional Development Planning, Research and Development
Agency in Mamasa Regency, and 3) indirect influence of education and training to performance through servant officer’s work motivation at Regional Development Planning,
Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency
The research design using survey research. The research location on Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency for 3 (three) months. The population in the study were all servant officers at Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency amount to 52 people. The
research sampling was conducted using saturated sampling technique (census), which to determine the entire population as a sample of 52 servant officer’s at Regional Development
Planning, Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis.
The result of the research indicated that : 1) there are positive and significant direct influence of education and training to servant officer’s work motivation at Regional
Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency, 2) there are positive and significant direct influence of education and training to servant officer’s
performance at Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency, and 3) there are positive and significant indirect influence of education and
training to performance through servant officer’s work motivation at Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in Mamasa Regency.
