This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance through work productivity in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency.
The population in this study were all employees of Keluharan Bontobangun and Putabangun, Bontoharu District, Selayar Regency, assigned 46 people, while the determination of the sample was based on saturated sampling technique. The data
analysis method used in this research is path analysis.
The results showed that (1) work motivation has an effect on work productivity in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency. (2) Discipline affects work productivity in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency. (3) Work motivation affects employee performance in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency. (4) Discipline affects the performance of employees in Bontoharu District, Selayar
