Abstract

Andi Mulya Alfarabi Manggabarani. 2020. The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment toward Employee Job Satisfaction in the Regional Personnel and HR Development Agency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and H. Muh. Said.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence between transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant variable on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Parepare City.
This research was conducted at the Regional Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency of the Municipality of Parepare in October to November 2019. Departing from the problems and research objectives to be achieved, the type of research was quantitative and the data collection methods used were questionnaires. The population in this study included all employees in the Regional Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Parepare City by 42 people. Sampling of this study was carried out
using a saturated sampling techniq ue (census), so that the sample used in this study were 42 employees in the Regional Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency of the Municipality of Parepare. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results showed that transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment had partial and simultaneous influence and transformational leadership was the most dominant variable influencing employee job satisfaction at the Regional Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency of Parepare City.
