Abstract

The Effect of Work Discipline, Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction on Work Performance of ASN Employees at the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Rustan DM and Didiek Handayani Gusti. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational climate and job satisfaction on the work performance of ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study is categorized as a survey study. A total of 40 ASN employees of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency were sampled by means of distributing questionnaires. Based on validity and reliability tests with simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Ver software. 20 (Student Version), the results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work disciplineon the work performance of ASN employees (2) there is a positive and significant effect of organizational climate on the work performance of ASN employees (3) there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on ASN employee work performance (4) work discipline, organizational climate and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work performanceof ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency, Regional Education and Training of Selayar Islands Regency This results is also supported by the descriptive statistical assesment category which is high on average. Based on these results, the managerial implications that can be recommended are a more optimal increase in work performance through increased work discipline, creating a conductive organizational climate and fulfilling the job satisfaction of ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency, Regional Education and Training of the Selayar Islands Regency. These three things must be done by the leadership in the principle of openness.
