Abstract

This research wants to examine conduct of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Panakkukang Makassar. This study uses quantitative analysis. The population were employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Panakkukang Makassar with a total of 127 employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 63
people was obtained with the analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that organizational culture, job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Panakkukang Makassar.
