Abstract

Nur Huraerah. 2021. The Effect of Education Level and Work Experience on Employee Performance of PT. Telkom Makassar, supervised by Badaruddin.This study aims to (a) identify and analyze the effect of education level on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makassar (b) knows and analyzes the effect of work experience on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makassar (c) knows and analyzes which variable has the more dominant influence between the level of education or work experience on the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Makassar (d) education level and work experience have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makassar.The study sample was 38 respondents who were employees of PT. Telkom Makassar, research using multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.The results of the study are (a) the level of education has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makassar (b) work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makassar (c) the education level variable is the dominant variable that affects the employee's performance at PT. Telkom Makassar (d) the variable level of education and work experience has a significant influence or has a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom Makassar.
