Abstract
Ima Sumadir (2020). Marketing Strategy of Samsung Smartphone at Toko Point 2000 Mall Karebosi Link, supervised by Abdullah.
This study aims to (a) find out the marketing strategies that have been implemented at Toko Point 2000 Mall Karebosi Link (b) to know the external and internal factors affecting the marketing strategy of Samsung smartphone at Toko
Point 2000 Mall Karebosi Link (c) to formulate marketing strategy of Samsung smartphone that can be selected and appropriate to apply at Toko Point 2000 Mall Karebosi Link.
The study was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach.
Research instruments used were interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis method used SWOT analysis
The results of SWOT analysis show that Toko Point 2000 Mall Karebosi Link is on the Quadrant I, where the position is a very profitable situation. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support growth oriented strategy by
maximizing strength and opportunity of Toko Point 2000 Mall Karebosi Link to generate SO strategy that is, to maximize promotion through social media, improve cooperation with Samsung, maintain the image as a trusted store, and give reward to loyal customer.
