Abstract

Hasmah. 2021. The Effect of Service Quality and Mobile Banking Security on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat Cab Makassar, supervised by Mariah and Yuswari Nur.
This researcher aims to (1) determine service quality and security have a partial effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamlat Cab. Makassar (2) determine service quality and security have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamlat Cab. Makassar (3) determine which variable has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Cab. Makassar.
The data of this researcher were obtained from the questionnaire (primary) by taking 99 respondents from PT Bank Muamalat Cab. Makassar.
The data analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25.
The results of this study indicate that Service Quality and Security have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in choosing Mobile Banking.
